This processing is conducted under Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR to ensure the security, stability and functionality of our web services.

2. User Accounts & Database Storage

When you register a user account, we collect and store:

• Your chosen Username
• Your Email address
• Your Password (which is securely encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms)

This data is stored in our database provided by Upstash, Inc.("Upstash"), 246 Hawthorne St, Palo Alto, CA 94301, USA. The database server location is selected within the European Union (e.g. AWS Frankfurt or Ireland) to prevent unauthorized third-country transfers.

Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of contract to provide your registered account and features) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in security, rate-limiting and credentials defense).

3. Game Progression & Statistics

To offer gaming logs and customizable profiles, we save:

• Daily claiming history & streaks (e.g., claimed Primogems)
• Shop purchase logs and transaction records
• Multiplayer gameplay history (e.g., TicTacToe match records)

This information is processed to maintain your progression. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of contract). Game logs are persisted until you delete your account.

4. Local Storage and Session Storage

We utilize browser Local Storage and Session Storage to store persistent game state data, such as your grid selections in Genshindoku, your guess scores, active streaks, preferences and temporary anonymous player IDs for multiplayer matches.

This data remains strictly client-side on your local device and is never transmitted to our servers or third parties. Storage is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) in providing a fluid, continuous user experience. You can clear this data at any time via your browser settings.

5. Google AdSense

This website integrates advertisements via Google AdSense, a service operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google").

Google AdSense uses cookies, Web Beacons and device identifiers to serve personalized advertisements to you based on your visits to this website and other sites across the internet.

7. Real-Time Multiplayer Synching (Pusher)

To synchronize real-time multiplayer lobbystates and coordinates in GenshinGuessr and TicTacToe, we use real-time WebSockets powered by Pusher (Pusher Group Ltd., 28 Hustlergate, Bradford, BD1 1RE, UK).

Pusher acts as a transient message router to relay game coordinates, guesses and active lobby states between players. Pusher does not store personal records and all connections are temporary. Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR to execute multiplayer matches.

8. Your GDPR Rights & Data Deletion

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, object to processing and request data portability.

If you wish to exercise your rights or if you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data (including email, stats, claims and history), please send an email request to our support at info@teyvatverse.com. We will process and delete your personal data within 30 days.
