This build utilizes Diona as both a buffer thanks to Noblesse Oblige, and a dedicated healer and shielder thanks to the Artifact stats. Most of her ER requirements will be covered by her weapon, allowing her to slot into more HP. If someone else is already using Noblesse Oblige, Diona can instead opt for a two-piece mix of different HP and/or Energy Recharge sets.
