Klee now functions as a Hexerei-centered DPS, taking advantage of the 4-pc. Rising Wind's abundant ATK and CRIT Rate buffs, which lessen her substat requirements on her builds, especially with CRIT Rate. As the main Pyro DPS, Klee wants substats to be catered towards her own damage increase in the form of ATK and CRIT stats as she will be On-Field for most of the team's damage uptime.
