This Mika build has him use the Noblesse Oblige to further buff his teammates when he uses his Elemental Burst. Focus on providing him the required Energy Recharge that will let him use his Elemental Burst off cooldown based on your team comp. If you already have a party member using the Noblesse Oblige set or don't need the ATK% buff that it provides, you can instead equip Mika with a Healing Bonus and HP% artifact set for more healing. Mika's healing is definitely not enough to let you face-tank certain attack combos, so commit to using dashes to avoid big damage when you can.
