As the scaling of her healing and plunging buffs are based on her total ATK, Xianyun's best build are weapons that have an abundance of such stat like Oathsworn Eye. Try to have as much ATK and Energy Recharge as possible to fund her Elemental Burst! Your artifacts depend on whether or not your party can benefit from Viridescent Venerer's res shred. Use Song of Days Past if your main damage dealer is a non-reactive DPS like Xiao. Otherwise, use Viridescent Venerer if your DPS can react with Anemo's swirls like Gaming or Diluc.
