With the introduction of Long Night's Oath, Xiao has outgrown Vermillion Hereafter and now has Long Night's Oath as his Best-in-Slot. Vemillion Hereafter is still a fine and serviceable alternative, however. As with any ATK-based DPS, build him to optimize for Energy Recharge first to get his Burst off-cooldown, then optimize and prioritize CRIT Stats to achieve a healthy 1:2 ratio.
