This Yelan build aims to maximize her Skill, Burst, and Barbed Charge Attack DMG. If not running 4-pc. Emblem of Severed Fate, you can opt for 2-pc. Emblem and 2-pc. Noblesse for the Elemental Burst damage. This is more or less the same build regardless of how you build Yelan, with the only exception being the amount of priority you put into her HP and the amount of ER she needs. You typically want around 170-200% Energy Recharge.
